Mothman has actually ...Great breakdown of folklore. Mothman has actually been sighted around the globe before and after Point Pleasant. Including Chernobyl and even NYC 9/11. The most interesting thing about this is the description of the Mothman matches those for the Thunderbird legend and the Jersey Devil. It's easy to postulate that it's a large nocturnal avian.
